Welcome to the
The District of Sparwood is excited to announce the launch of the FoodCycler Pilot Program.
Providing 100 households a FoodCycler unit at no cost this pilot reflects Sparwood’s growing commitment to environmental stewardship, waste diversion, and finding solutions that works year-round.
How to Participate
Over a 12-week period, you’ll track your usage and complete a short final survey to help the District measure food-waste reduction and determine whether a broader rollout could benefit the community in the future.
Register for the Pilot
Secure your spot by registering for your FoodCycler and the District will confirm your selection to participate.

Pick-Up your FoodCycler
Pick-up your FoodCycler along with a Resident Guide that includes your tracking sheet and information on how to use your FoodCycler unit.
* Pick-up information will be updated here and communicated to you once finalized.
Track Usage and Complete Final Survey
Use your FoodCycler and log your cycles for 12 weeks, then submit your tracking data and feedback via the final survey.
