- By purchasing a municipally subsidized FoodCycler, you acknowledge that you are a resident of the Township of The Archipelago. There is a limit of 1 FoodCycler per household. Food Cycle Science reserves the right to cancel orders that do not meet these criteria.

Shipping Options

1. FoodCyclers and accessories will be delivered to your home and typically ship within 1-4 days of purchase.

2. If you do not have a mailing address (e.g., an island property), FlexDelivery is available for parcels to be mailed to a Post Office location. FlexDelivery must be set up with Canada Post in advance of completing the FoodCycler purchase on Canada Posts website.

When checking out, please enter your flex delivery address in your shipping address.

For warranty claim or issues related to FoodCycler® purchased directly through Food Cycle Science or FoodCycler®, please contact info@foodcycler.com. Proof of purchase is required to process a warranty claim.

Returns: Within 30 days of purchase. Unit must be in like-new condition and a $50 re-stocking fee applies. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
